Siang-Lan Go
Siang-Lan has a background in marketing and industrial design and was raised in an entrepreneurial family in the FMCG. She effortlessly combines this in her approach to innovation and product development. This together with her keen sense of business is passed on to students at the Design Academy in Eindhoven and put into practice in her own chain of de Pizzabakkers, a highly successful concept in Amsterdam and Haarlem. At C-Roots her quest is all about innovation from the roots.
Jeroen de Ruijter
Jeroen was an art director at c-roots for four years. In January 2014 he joined forces with his brother René and began his own office HatRabbits. Together their focus is on creativity, ideas and innovation and repeatedly conjuring rabbits – though a rarely white one - out of a hat. Why is one of Jeroen’s favourite words. Design (offline or online) is his forte and he enjoys regular involvement in what’s going on at c-roots.
Jan Tymen Nysingh
Business strategist, open and full of humor, non-conformist, lots of experience with change management and innovation. Worked in management and CEO positions at ING, Fortis and Ageas. It is important for him not only to be competitive and relevant today for customers and other stakeholders, but also to have a strong eye for a strong position in the coming years. According to him, identity plays an important role in this. He is always looking for the why and challenges you, tells the truth the way he sees it and makes people feel comfortable outside their comfort zone.
De Jonge Honden
primarily academics, thinkers, doers, researchers, project managers, organizational talents and communication specialists. But what makes them special is that they are in their twenties, raised in a time of change and renewal. They combine their specialty with characteristics that are needed right now. Started as a customer and now we also work together for our customers as a special addition to our projects.

Aileen Stronge
Native English girl who studied French and got stuck in Amsterdam. Speaks Dutch with an English/French accent and is at her best when making (beautiful) sense of our concepts in English. At C-Roots we are always looking forward to her version of our ideas as well as her home made baked treats!
Himmelblau
When profit needs to meet non-profit, Veronika builds the bridges and creates the mutual understanding to co-create a big ambition. Native Austrian but equally at home in Amsterdam as in Kathmandu, she is a girl with a mission to deliver a better world for the people who need it the most. She is intrigued by Ayurveda and yoga and shares her know-how of these two ancient wisdoms in inspirational teachings.
Hajo Francken
Hajo Francken my dear friend, kindred spirit and brilliant copywriter passed away at the end of December 2021. We thought the same about our beloved communication profession where form is always functional, where you have to inspire people with humor and intelligence, where you can leave things to the imagination where you can amaze and amaze people. We have made concepts together for more than 30 years, but most of all we have known a great friendship. hey joo we will miss you.
